Need a lot of positive energy pls

Requesting for lots of positive energy cos I am suffering at my work.

I work on a ship and have been here for 45days, I am stressed out and depressed. I have another 80 days to go at least.

Please help!!!

But, please, do something positive to help us help you.  Do some deep breathing exercises to calm your mind and body.  Exercise strenuously to move your concentration from feeling bad to just feeling the body movements, write in a journal, anything to shift your thinking.
