I get very stressed when I visit the dentist & have found that if I initiate Reiki while sat waiting to go into see him it keeps me calm. :)

Reiki is the best thing for stress.
I cant see Reiki being 'bad' or 'not good' for anything really...

One can enjoy health in the form of reduction in stress and relaxation though Reiki. Incredibly relaxing and stress reduction is one of the most well-known benefits of Reiki.

Yes! Reiki is great for stress. You can learn some great techniques on YouTube if you want to try them before paying though.

I can tell you from my personal experience that Reiki is a great healing method for relieving stress, depression and anxiety. Must try it
