Hauntings

Well, my friend has been having hauntings in her house all week.  Nothing major, just hearing someone running around when her house is very quiet, and everyone in the house is asleep.  She'll even catch a glimps of the back of someone.  Anyone know how she can either contact the spirit or put it to an end?  I think all she wants is to resolve the situation.

Comments, advice, tips wanted  :)

one of the ghosts in my home is a young girl who likes to play with my musicbox dolls. does anyone else have this type of problem?

Has your friend tried just asking the entities is they need help?

sometimes burning sage and cleansing the home with it is helpful as well as asking the entitie to leave.

Well, I'm not sure how much experience she's had with entities.  I'll ask her, research what I can, and post here with any off-the-wall questions.  I've searched the forums before but couldn't find what I was looking for, hence the thread.
