Wow at first i would say your breath but to me your place doesn't seem very cold plus you did say it was noon , no cloud and no snow !!! SO My second thought would be camera flare but i don't see anything that Reflects off anything incoulding your house .
I think you may have capture something !!

nobody was in the house, we were outside taking pictures of each other and the new car. no lights were on in the room you're looking at i think that was the torn screen on the window because as i recall we bought a new one in early january 2000.
i dont know what prompted me to take the picture because i was facing the other way and then suddenly turned around and snapped a shot of the house, and when we developed the film that's what i had.

Re:
It´s definitely something paranormal I think. I can see the "person" in the window. But it could be something with your cam too.
Very interesting
I'm not afraid to admit I don't know much about camera flare but I always thought it has a specific pattern or shape. It doesn't look like like there is any specific pattern or shape and it takes up so much of the picture. This might have convinced me not to take pictures of the my house but then I'm kind of curious if anything would come up.

was either person that was there smoking? because it looks a little like smoke to me. if not, then its quite possibly something paranormal. though i know alot of times people catch smoke of some sort and think its more.. but if no one was smoking and there is no other explination for it.. then you may just have something there.

good photo
There are lots of photos like yours taken at Port Arthur in Tasmania in Australia. It was a penal colony and they have many photos like yours on display there taken in a haunted house there.
