When i was between the age of 7 to 9 years old, just about every other night or so, i would awake to a stuffy nose and a very heavy feeling room. The kind of heavyness that presses your temples together. As I'd rise from my bed the sounds of chains dragging could be heard against the wooden floor of my room.

Also. I would like to ask. when I also lived in my old hous in New Jersey, we rebuilt the garage/celler and added a staircase. Upon completion of this stairway, anyone who would walk to the bottom of the stairway would experiance bad diarihha(sp?)

Can anyone shed light on thes two experiances.
