Pallbearers

It is said that when a member of my fathers family died that the banshe crys, many family members said they have heard her, I never heard her but this happen to me...

I was visited a few years ago while on holidays by a tall thin man, he just stood in the background of the villa we were staying in, it was a Wednesday night.. 2 days later my dad rang to say his mam had died on the Wednesday night.
For years now I have tried to figure out if this was my grandad who was a tall thin man but i never felt a conection to the visitor, and through research I found out it could have been a pallbearer come to notify me of a death??
Just wondering has anyone had a similar experience??
