I've been doing this sort of thing for years and this photo I just looked at was dismissed by some as dust, however using the tools I have, and on very close inspection, I found that the "Dust" was not dust and was centered around one child. Come have a look. Look at the pattern around the little girl. I have made it easy by circling them.
