voices from my computer

Hmm, just thought I'd note this mini yet strange experience here. Today I was on my computer, the speakers were on but there were no programs making a sound. Then all of a sudden, I heard a little crackling noise in my speakers and then they produced a fairly loud and very clear girls scream. I wasn't overly freaked out, but it was very strange and confusing. There was nothing on my computer that could have made the noise, and it definitely came from the speaks- not outside.

I'm not exactly looking for help (unless anyone can provide it! ), just thought I'd write this.

Rideku...any chance you watched the film White Noise (I think that is the name of it).  Interesting, sounds similar.  Sorry I can't offer anything to this...I have never had that happen.  Creepy though.

Have a heard that using your speakers you can receive radio signals?Maybe that's the explination.

to recive the radio signal you have to have reicver then the convert to convert the radio signal........................... as far as i know compter don,t have these two devices. So these are definitely not the radio signals.......

You're not right you can receive radio signals in your boxes and even in your headphones.

Well just couple of mins ago, i heard the sound of a vehicle horn & screeching tyres & then the sound of a girl screaming for a sec, totally the sound was like 3 secs & then stopped as adruptly as it started. I don't know what to say, i am the only guy in the room, no software is running. & there are absoultly no vehicals of girls around here.

I am confused, what the hell was the thing i just heard.

it is getting weirder for me.......................... i have still been able to find the answer. ho god! it scared me when this heppaned. my heart started beat that the rats rate.
