Meditation

Post by believer » Tue Jul 15, 2008 2:52 am

My question is about the colors that seem to explode, swirl, fade in and out, while going into a deeper relaxation with the mindful breathing.  Is this normal?  Will it lead to the ultimate goal of meditating and seeing the images that everyone talks about.  Or is it too much oxygen for the brain to handle :smt003 .

Thanks,
Believer

That the colors are part of your aura, your chakras.  Don't worry about it.  Going into meditation is a soothing state.  If colors are your trip, then it has meaning for you.  Go into the light/colors and see where this takes you!  Explore and discover!

Hey,  thanks for the reply!  I'll try to guide myself to the lighter ones.  Thinking about your reply, I've always been attracted to vibrant colors.  :)
