Hi

My prolem is I can't stop thinking of work I try to think of other things but I always drift back to what I need to do at work. Even my conversations are being consummed by work and I am finding it harder and harder to talk of other things. Hope I find here somthing to help

Mav...

Realize that your problem is a very common one. We live in a "driven" society. You need to realize that you don't HAVE to be consumed, and in the long run it is detrimental to you and your peace of mind.

How to do this?  Wow.. that's a book. But meditation is a good start. Learn to quiet your mind. When thoughts come in to distract you, simply picture them as a balloon and let them float off. Don't fight them. Just let them pass away.

Another thing that would be highly beneficial would be to go camping for about 3 days. Much less time than this won't help, but after abot 2 days or so in the woods, your mind begins to quiet down. I also recommend that you do a Google for "Living in the Now"
