Meditation question

Post by alise » Fri Jun 03, 2011 3:49 pm

So i was wandering when you are meditating and trying to visualize say like when trying to meet guides, does it matter witch direction you look? Eyes closed of coarse. Does any direction help more with one thing or another?

Meditation is the spirit of peace, being at one with the miond, a stateof stillness and mindfulness without distraction or purpose. Visualisation is more about being guided through a series of pictures or scenes  that are usually preset to engage the person on all levels and allow them to contact their inner self. Ideally the eyes should remain calm and still. I think you may be thinking about looking to the left, the past and the truth or the right the future and the made up?

It seems like visualization is more of a video practice
and meditation is the calming of the mind to peaceful
regard you may be Peace and free will not the passive
stress on premise the visual guiding was "stern technic"
involving the way guiding the "premise psychic" will not
be known as informal monastic , it would be "seen as a
promotion of the power of a new stress known to be the
thought on guiding the mind technically and not Peaceful
placation of one's own psyche to Be Peace ." Guiding the
mind with technic rather thn techni.que would be altered
mentalist whimsy on thought of "guiding the programmer
in mental promotion of viewing rather thn Science Being."

Have you ever looked into author John C. Lilly . Thanks .,.     Evard .,. video hallucinate is not a meditation .,. it's fashioned stress

As the mind can not remain still without a single thought for any length of time (some say a nono second) I wonder what meditating truly means.  Could it be quieting and refocusing the mind to stillness through visualizaiton?  Each of us, of course, must find what works for them.
God bless, J

Thank u guys for ur reply's :) The reason that i ask this question is because i was trying to do a guided meditation to meet my guides. In this u visualize a staircase then walk up to find what ever place that makes you happy than after a moment of taking that in u see a door that when u open it and ask for your guides they should be there. I have a hard time visualizing but i have noticed that when i try to visualize verses when i am quieting my mind and get pictures or seens my eyes look in different detections. and sometimes they move back and forth really fast? Have you ever noticed anything like that? What do you think is the best way to communicate with your guides when u first started?

Technical term for eyes darting rapidly is Alpha stimulate Beta D ~B

It is the stimulation when you have meditation history and cannot clear
the mind so you have rapid eye "contact" not noted as R.E.M though a
history of visualization techni.que and former nearness to the smoking
element .  [Smoking element includes second-hand smoke and herbs]

The form of visualization which includes sage relaxation (known with a
mental visual relaxation technique) can be a powerful visualizer .,. yet
you don't have mental [vid] picture if you don't subscribe to herbal 'mi'
nor what's known to some as "sweet water" to "visually d*mina" which
I over-stated and the hypno-visual techni.que does not bring holograph
picture in the mind if you don't use a "visual softener" which is "sageAi"
My personal opinion is relaxation visualization is a form of stress . Aum  Relax  Om Pamde Om   .....     sorry technical . Thanks . Ev

Om Pamde Om is a misnomer uh Om Padme Om Anande Padme Om .

Psychic relaxation visualization is a misnomer uh "Sage Relaxin" aum.

Finding your spirit guide by trained psychic practitioner is kinda the way
New Age Psychic Practitioners falsify visual~ization ability . Known with
visual aide to 'holographic mental visualization' as "sage water" sounds.

I digress .,. and apology to newer admin .. I am trying to discern ... aum
what the function of Popular Belief is about visual techni.que .,. Thanks .,     Hooray .,.     Evard .
