PRESENCE

Post by Pravin Kumar » Sat Aug 18, 2018 5:57 am

Presence:

There's existence with all the attached concepts and beliefs, and there's the bigger picture beyond them where one is guided and free of all burdens because there's presence of the way things are.

When the mind is still existence becomes one of presence instead of a reliance on one's limited concepts and beliefs; a deep presence that abides in stillness. It's in stillness that all of life exist so when it's entered the everlasting presence of the Universe is there to still the mind agitations which are the cause of one’s discontent.

Stillness of the mind allows for one to live from the Universal heart of love. This connects one with the goodness of life, one's own internal goodness, and the goodness of all beings. This connection is already there it's just not realized, and the only reason it isn't realized is because of the mind agitations that block presence from the stillness of our heart.

Without this realization all kinds of mind nonsense occurs. When it's learned to discipline the undisciplined mind and our agitations slowly subside, what we're naturally left with is a deep unwavering presence of the Universe. This presence is what's beyond the noise of the Conditioned Mind, it’s beyond the mind made concepts and beliefs. When one is aware of the space of stillness there's presence because in stillness it's realized who one truly is. Presence allows the mind to settle so you're not relying on mind made up concepts and beliefs. When there's presence, life can be lived in the most beneficial of ways; as the beautiful being of love that you are.
