AWARENESS AWARE OF ITSELF:

Awareness Aware of Itself:

No one consciously puts their Conditioned Mind Patterns in place so why take on the burden for them. They can be changed, but that will only occur when there’s awareness aware of itself...

To understand your own mind, is to understand life. It’s so difficult to do because of all the things that are in place to prevent this understanding. This is basically the point of all my post. If all these distractions weren't in place, to live in the present moment of love would be easy. It would be what’s in place, so it would be the base of our entire life. Every decision made would be of love; if love was in place. Unfortunately for far too many it’s not. It isn't that we aren't trying, but to change what is in place is so difficult because of the lack of discipline created by the Conditioned Mind which has been in place for such a long time. Our habitual thinking is deeply embedded in our subconscious. For this to become different by simply falling away it will take an awareness aware of itself.

Understanding this will be the key if changing what’s in place is to occur. This change though is not to be confused with substitution. It’s not about replacing negative with positive, or anything else for that matter. What’s needed is to develop the necessary discipline to see how we became conditioned to begin with. It’s the discipline itself that leads to awareness aware of itself. When discipline is established, slowly what’s in place will fall away. When what’s in place falls away through disciplining the squirrel cage mind, quietness takes over and thus so does a different more loving view of life as awareness simply becomes aware of itself...
