Here is the arrangement plus a few notes / observations.

CERVICAL / HVELGELMIR
C1 - Dagaz (base of medulla oblongata - entrance to 'higher' mind)
C2 - Othila
C3 - Inguz (injury here causes breathing to stop)
C4 - Laguz
C5 - Manaz (injury here causes paralysis in the diaphragm)
C6 - Ehwaz
C7 - Berkana (most palpable spinious process)

THORACIC / MIMIR'S WELL
T1 - Tiwaz (Throat Chakra; center of speech; Law Speaker)
T2 - Sol
T3 - Algiz
T4 - Pertho (Heart cup)
T5 - Eihwaz
T6 - Jera (injury here causes quadriplegia)
T7 - Isa (zyphoid process; T1-T7 are the 'breast plate')
T8 - Nauthz
T9 - Hagalaz
T10 - Wunjo
T11 - Gebo (floating rib)
T12 - Kenaz (floating rib; Navel Chakra; Agni; metabolism; fire)
- These twelve correspond to the twelve ribs.
- T1/Tiwaz 'sits' between the first and second rib, appearing to be
Tyr's 'hand' caught in the 'wolf's jaw'.)

LUMBAR / URD
L1 - Raidho (injury here causes paraplegia)
L2 - Ansuz
L3 - Thurisaz
L4 - Uruz (psoas start here, rune shape suggests this connection)
L5 - Fehu

These three sections correspond to the Three Wells (in my opinion) and the Three Chakra sections (lower, middle and upper).

I never realised this doesn't include the S1 or 2, I wonder which runes would be good for them?
