If one is damaged in the rarea how does one know? what does one do?

Dear Deborah,

Yes, if you post or send me a picture of yourself it will help.
Have you tried this test? http://www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras/chakratest.php
Do let me know your results. I shall try to analyze your chakras by connecting to your spirit guide and then shall compare results.
Yes, well, it's not properly a "brain" chakra - it's a "crown" chakra at the top of the head and a "third eye" chakra in the middle of the forehead. And yes, there is a sexual chakra - sexual energy is more or less distributed over the first and second chakra, the second chakra being the most important one for women, as it is the seat of femminity and female sexuality, rather than the first chakra, which has more "male" energies.
It is possible to "repair" chakras by clearing the damage and then balancing the energy.
Don't worry about asking questions others have already asked.... a different explanation make just make it click for you! :smt002

Chakra Test

Post by FloridaLightWorker » Mon Aug 15, 2005 5:36 pm

Hi aelis2004,

I took the chakra test and need to practice the exercises to increase and decrease most all them. (Open and low or very overactive.)

Are we suppose to average in the middle 50% for balance? Or is this allright? Doesn't look balanced to me. . . *laughing*

Results from Chakra test

Root: open (31%)
Sacral: open (25%)
Navel: open (68%)
Heart: over-active (81%)
Throat: over-active (81%)
Third Eye: over-active (87%)
Crown: open (62%)

I have never tested my chakras, other than with a pendulem or my healer would increase/decrease whatever needed to be balanced. This is new to me so please excuse the silly questions? :smt100

It's ok for us, Linda....... I'd rather have an over-active chakra rather than a closed or under active one :smt002

Root: open (43%)
Sacral: over-active (81%)
Navel: open (31%)
Heart: open (62%)
Throat: over-active (81%)
Third Eye: over-active (87%)
Crown: over-active (75%)

We sensitive people tend to have the top 3 chakras over-active all the time....... :smt003

It's such an experience testing chakras with a pendulum! I'll write more about it..

My Chakra scores ....

Root: under-active (-6%)
Sacral: under-active (0%)
Navel: open (31%)
Heart: over-active (69%)
Throat: open (38%)
Third Eye: open (63%)
Crown: open (31%)

What are each of the places..sacral 0 ? negatives ..whats all this mean..
I guess this could change on a day to day or weekly basis... some of the questions it asked ..it depended on what area i was looking at ..

Well ..will wait to see what u say :)
Deborah

ps. Thanks

Deborah,

You are very sensitive, I think most people here at sunsigns we have very developed chakras 4,5,6 and 7

4th chakra (heart) http://www.MysticBoard.com/viewtopic.php?t=2294

5th chakra (throat) http://www.MysticBoard.com/viewtopic.php?t=2296

6th chakra (third eye)
http://www.MysticBoard.com/viewtopic.php?t=2297

7th chakra (crown) http://www.MysticBoard.com/viewtopic.php?t=2299

You need to do some grounding, but that's normal, if you are more spiritually-minded, you usually lack on the "earthly" side.... :) For grounding, try this http://www.MysticBoard.com/viewtopic.php?t=2128

Sacral is your lower abdomen area (chakra 2) http://www.MysticBoard.com/viewtopic.php?t=2290
up to the navel, while root chakra is the coccyx, your tailbone (chakra 1) http://www.MysticBoard.com/viewtopic.php?t=2288

The 3rd chakra is the solar plexus, which goes from the navel to yor diaphragm. http://www.MysticBoard.com/viewtopic.php?t=2292

Sure, you can have a chakra more open, closed or blocked according to health, mood, feelings - a lot can influence your chakra condition, and it's always changing.
I will see what feelings i get about your chakras and tomorrow shall write again. Take care! :)

Deborah,

circumstances, circumstances, circumstances.... you can have a chakra fully open one day and partially blocked or under-active the following day....
You have the first two chakras under-active that means there is an energy blockage somewhere there.
Putting some pressure on your first chakra might be able to help to open it. Try for example to sit on the edge of a chair or stool so that you actually put pressure on your tailbone.
Or if you have a small stone, even a gravel stone may work, put it on your bed and lie on it for a while so that it puts pressure on your tailbone. Or a frozen pea..... remember to put a towel under it or you will get a tiny puddle as it defrosts! That reminds me that last night I was telling my mother about the Andersen fairy tale of the "Princess and the Pea"... with a twist... she was just trying to activate her first chakra! :smt002 :smt003
When your first chakra opens you'll probably feel heat in your lower abdomen, just as if you had on an invisible thermic belt... :)

Your second chakra problems are probably related to femminine issues, like being a mother for example. Not just in the physical sense of conceiving and generation, but with all that goes with it - Being Ma... cooking, washing, having to care for children, worrying about their health - mother instinct.
So you see, it's not only sexual/relationship problems that affect our second chakra, but everyday life at its best! :smt043
