Chakras develop at different ages:
First chakra - Womb to 6 months
Second chakra - 6 months to 2 1/2 years
Third chakra - 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 years
Fourth chakra - 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 years
Fifth chakra - 6 1/2 to 8 1/2 years
Sixth chakra - 8 1/2 to 14 years
Seventh chakra - 14 to 21 years

During the seven years in which chakra Seven develops, we reprocess chakra One to Seven

One - 14 to 15 years
Two - 15 to 16 years
Three - 16 to 17 years
Four - 17 to 18 years
Five - 18 to 19 years
Six - 19 to 20 years
Seven- 20 to 21 years

After that, we begin processing the next five (out-of-body) chakras in seven years cycles

Eighth chakra - 21 to 28 years Associated concept: Karma
Ninth chakra - 28 to 35 years Soul purpose
Tenth chakra - 35 to 42 years Purposeful survival
Eleventh chakra - 42 to 49 years Creative success
Twelfth chakra - 49 to 56 years Powerful mastery
