Cyndi Dale explains that
Our ability and need to connect with the higher chakras becomes greater during our second chakric development cycle. Optimally, our chakric openings will expand as we move closer to age 100. In Cycle One, we will reopen Chakra Five between ages 85 to 92, Chakra Six between ages 92-99, and Chakra Seven between ages 99 and 106. Because most of us won't live that long, we group our chakras together to fit them into our life span whenever possible.
