I have an unblanced (very, so I was recently told) root chakra and I was wondering if this effects my want or need to grow both spiritually and psychically. I have trouble meditating-which I know is something important to development. Also, I would love to get in contact with my spirit guide, but feel I am unable to because of this.
Any advice on this subject would be wonderful. Thanks and blessed be!

I had unbalanced chakras...I was told to breathe deeply 4 or five times concentrating on each breath and they were brought into alignement
We cannot change the past...what's happened has happened...our thoughts are what have brought us to this point in our lives...it is possible to change our thoughts and create the future of our dreams!!!!!!
