How do I SEE?

I've seen a couple of things, but here lately I haven't been seeing them.  Is it me?  Am I just not cut out for the spirit world, or do I need to open my mind back up?  Maybe someone can talk with me and help me find out the answer or at least some answers based on their experiences.

Meditation especially on your Third eye will help you see more clearly.
