Illuminated Chakra!

I would suggest to anyone that is new to chakras or even experienced witht hem to go out and get the dvd "illuminated chakras" . it is a dvd that takes you through a 20 minute session to open your chakras its a great exercise that helps alot(i found in my personal experiences). My roomate who has been a "study" of these types of topics and is quite "developed" so to speak or maybe "enlightened" you prefer to use came across it. Great stuff!

It really is, i am not sure where you can find the DVD he found it at some sort of garage sale. It is great though you feel refreshed after.
