is it dangerous to burn fragrant oils when inside an airconditioned room? or enclosed spaces, we do that almost everynight

I would think it would depend upon the oil and amount.  When I go through a period of insomnia I will put a sleep aid blend in my diffuser in the bedroom, which is pretty small, and keep the door closed.  I also burn stick incense in my closed room and only occasionally have problems with it making me cough if I either burn too many sticks in succession or if I am trying a new brand and it contains artificial fragrances.
Life is short and we have never too much time for gladdening the hearts of those who are travelling the dark journey with us. Oh be swift to love, make haste to be kind.
