Cough Blend

Cough Blend
Add these essential oils to 2 ounces of sweet almond or other carrier oil:
2 drops Peppermint essential oil
4 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
2 drops Pine essential oil
2 drops Marjoram essential oil
2 drops Lemon essential oil
Rub onto the chest to help sooth coughing.
For inhalation, combine the essential oils neat (without diluting them in a carrier oil) in a small glass container, and inhale 1 or 2 drops placed on a tissue
