Hi greenfeet! Welcome to the aromatherapy forum!

Sambogakaya asked in the General Discussion forum
if you know the best oil/aroma to releave stress???
I like to use a mixture of lavander, patchuli and ylang-ylang. What can you suggest us? Are there more effective combinations?

I normally use lavender, chamomile and maybe a hint of rosemary. really it would depend on whether or not the person I would be makeing my blend for has any other problem that they want addressed. it's hard to tell though because I have only had my license only acouple of months and i still am learning. hope this helps out. :smt017
