Depression

Rose is a good insence for anyone who feels unloved or alone or lonely. Orange is pretty good too. And lime is too

I havent tried the following but these are what others have shared on my website

An Aromatherapy massage can be helpful for arthritis and sore joints.
A nice blend to try is:
Lavender 4 drops
Frankincense 3 drops
Lemongrass 2 drops
Blend with 1 oz. carrier oil.
------------------------
2 ounces carrier oil such as sweet almond

20 drops Roman Chamomile

5 drops Black Pepper

Directions: Blend all oils together well and store in an airtight dark-colored glass container. Gently massage into arthritic joints using a small amount of oil.
---------------------------------
Add six drops each of rosemary and chamomile essential oils to four ounces of a carrier oil such as almond, avocado, soybean or sesame. When arthritis acts up, massage this oil into sore joints.

For extra relief, add ten drops each of rosemary and chamomile to a warm bath and soak for ten minutes.
---------------------------------------------------
And if you like working with crystals you could use the azurite, ruby or carnelian and garnet too I believe, not too sure about garnet however

My grandma uses lakota herbs for her arthritis, she says  the pain has eased, its a Native American/Canadian herbal medicine.

I Hope your aunt feels better. Hugs, love and Light
