Post by Ninababy » Sun Mar 02, 2008 12:30 pm

I am so attracted to Eucalyptus oil.. I always like having this around.. even at work.. sometimes people think I am a little wierd..
but the scent is really attractive to me and I love it... I keep dried around my house as it makes me feel good..
I know nothing about it.. can anyone tell me why I may have this attraction?  What is it really good for?

Eucalyptus oil is good for respiratory problems, such as cold, flu, cough, bronchitis, and chest congestion.

other uses would be for muscular aches and pains, backache and skin infections.

If you want to know more eucalyptus oil for respiratory system, you can visit

Dear Ninababy

Eucalytus has the fimilar and similar scent that are found common products, like tooth paste, candy, soap, dis-infectant. Some people associates that as a clean smell, similar to lemon. You might be attracted to the oil, not for its smell but its properties, that your body might need. for more information on eucalyptus, you should check out aromatherapy books, which usually has very specific details on the oils and its effects, along with its contra.

cheers

Most certainly respiratory... I soak a tissue with it when I have the snuffles and breath into it regularly.

Australian gum tree... the only food of the koala..
highly flammable... which explains why an Australian bush fire is so intense.

some cool tips here, especially in the comments.

Many would also say muscular..  they might be right.. but I swear my emu oil for that,, emu oil might stink some but its magical.

I like the scent of eucalyptus oil.
I use this oil when I am in cold, flu, cough, bronchitis, and chest congestion. This oil is good for respiratory problems.
It is also good for stomachache. Rub this oil on the belly and you will feel so warm.. even hot ( so be careful )
Or you can uses it for muscular aches and pains, backache and skin infections.
Hope this help.
