recently in a magazine i saw an ad where they were selling pillows which were filled with more than 10 herbs, they claim that when we use it, smell from the herbs heals various kinds of diseases especially allergic related
CAN THIS BE TRUE?

Definitely sounds plausible! Most of us are in contact with our pillows for several hours on a daily basis, in the state of slumber during which the primitive brain becomes more active while the more active new-brain (surface) rests and recuperates! The scents should perhaps be subtle, almost subliminal (it is a long exposure!). Even dreaming of beautiful gardens on a daily basis can get to be a drag after a few days ;-)
