Post by drsrtiwari » Mon Sep 03, 2007 6:52 pm

Despite being on line for more than an hour continuously, the home page does not show me to be online. Any problem with the Software?

I think he has the same problem as me....it has nothing to do with the site.

I have 2 PC....1 at home...1 at work....both are identical....both run window xp and both run Firefox.

The one at home has a virus/firewall program  Zone alarm......I have not automatic log..I log each time....no problem at all

On work I have McFee virus/firewall....I have put up the same restriction....but on this PC I many times comes direct into the site and after a few page load I am thrown out and asked to log in again.

I assume it is the way the cookie is treated by the firewall program. I have started to physically log out of the site when I leave (on work pc) and then log into the site when I arrive. This have prevented those thing that was an annoyance.

Online recognition

Post by drsrtiwari » Thu Sep 06, 2007 5:50 pm

Dear Swetha,
Thanks for pursuing the matter. My browser is Internet Explorer. I can log in and I am regularly posting messages to various fora. I have also enabled cookies from your site, but still cannot find myself in the list of online members at the given time.

aha....then maybe you have put up your setting as "log in as invisible....log out again and when you log into site again be sure that  invisible aren't chosen.

Go into your control panel (CP) on top of the page below MysticBoard

scroll down to secon half and look for what I show you on the picture.
