What is the whole concept of the "Year & A Day"??

A year and a day.

Are you talking about that trial marriage that used to take place long ago?  Ran it by my parnter years ago. HAHAHA!  He wouldn't go for it. :(

He says it is exactly that, just one year and a day. hmmm, interesting.

Unless you are talking about that other thing, training perhaps, contract?  I haven't heard this for a while.  

Now I am starting to wonder....what exactly is a year and a day's orgin.
