I kept wondering, how do you put shields around you to block other energies,physical and migical attacts... are there any techniques, spell, sciences that i could use...it would be nice to get different techniques from individuals...

At Mystic Board we have been discussing doing some psychic development classes which would cover aspects such as this, seems that there might be quite a bit of interest?

Hi, for those of you that have kindly replied, I wanted to draw your attention to the new course that has been offered here at Mystic Board run by Spiritalk. Its is not only about psychic development as first thought. The course is now called
