spells for youth and beauty?

A person can do all the dieting and exercising in the world, but when they get older, their metabolisms slow down, and things get harder.. it seems like you're constantly worrying about what you're eating.

I'm sure there's some spells out there to give your aura a little glow, and help get your dna moving in the right direction so the dieting and exercising things  is a little more rewarding?

Any body got any ideass?  I have to go right now, but when I get back, I'm gonna write down some of my theories on spiritual things that might help with youth and beauty...
