Has anyone encountered negative energy surrounding a situation that was so strong, it triggered a headache or migraine (or caused your third eye charkra to hurt)?

I certainly have and it's not fun.

The importance of understanding and development on your psychic/mediumship abilities can not be over emphasized.  You need a good teacher to walk you through some of these things as you open to the energies.  It is important to know that you are in charge and can accept or reject any energy not compatible with your own body, mind, spirit.

I have a firm belief that we are in charge of our own body, mind, spirit.  That means that I do not sign on for psychic (the sensitivities within) work to be in pain.  

There is loving guidance that would bypass all the negativity and painful experiences.  Hence the remark about a teacher.  But each of us has free will to choose their own path.

The best advice I can give you is to do research on blocking it out. From my personal experience, just banish it. By that I mean attempt to feel the pressure and will it out. Seems vague but it's hard to explain.

drama,chaos and negative energy will indeed cause headaches .i have had a few  but living a simple life ,no chaos ,no drama  ,i dont get them very often

Flow spirit flow.  It is the air (or rather lack thereof) that causes headaches.  We all need to learn to breathe through all things in life.

I am not sure I know what you mean em.  But we can cause physical pain to ourselves when we do not breathe through any and all activities, from the material (sex) to the spiritual (attunement).

i have felt all these symptoms and these are not fun as you said . now i will research on blocking them . i had not been successful with blocking them yet .

Blocking the bad can also block the good.  The fact is we function better when we breathe through and flow with all the energy and air rather than build up blocks that can cause further distress and pain.

no i dont block them, but filter them .garbage in ,garbage out   dont let the negative become a source that fuels the soul ,

I personally feel that it's probably a bit of both. I'm sure our sensitivities affect our breathing patterns. It goes hand-in-hand.
