Will i get a promotion?

Hi guys,

I have been working at this job for 4 years now and have had little success in getting a promotion, eventhoug i have all the neccessery qualifications and work very hard and dilligently, but now there are going to be some changes and i was wondering how this will effect me, will i get promoted in the next couple of months?

I am struggling financially and the promotion would be more than welcome!

Can anyone of you guys interpret this horary chart for me since i have very little astro knowledge, i would really appreciate it!
