My father had applied for a Govt. Loan by paying a large sum as deposit to a politician during Dec 2008

Since then we haven't got any info on the matter ........

Q) Can we get the loan....... When could it be so??

It seems difficult to get govt loan in near future.It is advisable to shit efforts at the lower level in the concern govt department.
