I'm kind of afraid to open the can of worms on this topic. I dont' know if it's taboo to ask and I've hardly seen subjects discussing this on any horary message board.
Basically ....where do you believe we're getting the horary answers from?

These are complex ideas - far more difficult than they first appear
even in their terse and limited presentation on Wiki.
In addition the Horary practitioner needs to be knowledgeable of the
vast resources required in synthezising a chart but able to simplify
the focus to only what is required to answer the question.
I always imperfectly think of it as not a link from the client to the
Horary practioner but a link from the Divine creating a disturbance
in the client ( that precipitates the question ) and then a sympathetic
vibration in the Horary Practitioner from the same Divine source
in that particular Horary Practioner requested to answer the question
by the client. These Divine disturbances work to create the Divine
from the on earth from the initial irritation that caused the question.
One will find that clients will focus on a single Horary practioner
for periods then go to another Horary Practioner with a different
set of vibrations and then come back to the first Horary Practioner as
if the client needs to be directed in a particular form only satisfied
by the mutual interaction of the Horary practioner currently being
patronized. A Divine expression of perfection realized from above
below on earth exposing the local order directed by the Divine.
In that way when the student is ready the Guru appears....
But it is simplistic to think the client is selecting the Horary
Practioner.. we are all in a Divine Chain of Being to bring
Heavens concept of order to our lives on the real plane or the real
world we call Earth.
