Shift home and office
We are looking for a bigger place to accommodate our home cum office. But this hasn't materialized since June. When will we be shifting?

I must apologise for not getting back to you previously,
I must have been very busy myself and missed the
reply.
Let me answer the question first and then give some
surrounding details...
Your significator is Saturn and the Moon and the
new place is ruled by the fourth house. Fourth house
has Taurus on both 4th and 5th House so the new
office will be ruled by Venus and also the Moon.
Venus and Saturn are not in aspect. If we use the Moon
as the secondary ruler of new place ( the office ) then
we get a applying sextile of 4 degrees 4 minutes and 49
seconds. This is approximately 4.08 decimal degrees,
multiply that by 30 days in a month and we get around
122 days or roughly 4 months.
So this answers your question of when will you move.
We can add some additional details however...
Venus is the significator of the new place or office and is
South. I would look South first or alternatively North as
within about 8 miles.
It should be a place with an orchard close by and some
muddy ground or a river. It is probably subject to flooding
so there may be stagnant near empty pools of water
nearby.
Moon is in the 11th House of friends - I would expect
the contact to be made through a friend and as we
are using Moon sextile Saturn as the indication of
positive success it should be bit of work ( as compared
for example to a trine where there is success but
the trine allows you to relax and the place will be
offered to you - here the sextile is saying be a
go getter ).
Venus is in detriment so it probably is not exactly
what you would normally consider and will require
some work to get it appropriate for your needs.
Saturn rules first and second house... Second being
your finances - Care should be taken and additional
external opinions from professionals ( accountants
at least ) should be consulted as Neptune is in the
second. Normally we do not employ Neptune in a
ptolomaic chart but as this is also to do with
professional finances Venus ruler of the new
office is in the 10th house of profession ) and
we see Neptune retrograde in the second and part
of fortune with a separating square to Moon
great care and planning must accompany this move
in terms of finances.... Think of very long term
planning of 5 or 10 years and what your needs
are over that period and how the new place will
affect your goals.
