I am going through some tough time and having troubles with government regarding residency issues. Can you tell me when will these issues get resolved?

The delay is shown by the time you asked the question.
You are meeting the problem whether you shall change or not.
You may get the chance after end of November, 2011.

Did you have law problem (Visa, etc.) with government?
