yes.. it does but you need to have complete belief in them.

Homeopathy works very well.
It doesnt replace Allopathy, or vice versa though.

Homeopathy has helped solve certain health problems when Allopathy could not work out for me; possibly because I have a good Homeopath.
Again sometimes it is seen that Homeopathy has not been effective, while Allopathy has been.
