dear doc i am sampath,aged,52,fair,short,weighing 60kgs and have receurrent throart problems of  aphonia with tinnitus on the right ear and chronic gluey exudation and one of the nostrils always,aleternatively,almost closed and if i take cool bath or take cool drinks or else if the weather is rainy i get into the problems of hydrogeniod.I like food very hot and like sweets.My problems starts with my throat then comes into the nose and settles on the lungs.

At present im suffering from severe hoarseness and unable to utter few words and empty swollowing painful and i have taken host of medicnes like natsulph,lycopodium,calccarb,kalicarb,silica,antitart and some nosodes like medorrinum,tuberculinum, in varied potencicies by various docotors and with no possible curefrom time to time.

I am a registered homoeopath and studying m.d. in british institute of homoeopathy,newdelhi  but not practising due to my job in  a nationalised bank for over 32 years   and studying vedic astrology under guruji RamnarayanJi at Chennai.In job's side iam not able to cope with the presssure  and  become depressed  with high bp 180/100  and  hypertrophy of left ventricle .  kindly help me

I am suffereing from cardiomyopathy- diagnoised as hypertropic obstructive cardio myopathy (HOCM) in 2004 about 3-1/2 years back.  I am taking medicine prescribed a cardiologist due to which my weigh is increasing inspite of following a diet.

please write your all the sign and symptoms of current problem along with dignosed hypertopphic obstructive cardiomaypathy.
we have a good medicine or fill our case taking form.
