Kripaya,
The name indicates the difference.
Amavasy(anth) - amavasya (new moon day) is the ending day of the month. In other words, in this panchang, the first fortnight of the month is waxing moon (shukla paksha) and the second fortnight is waning moon (krishna paksha).
Purnim(anth) - purnima (full moon day) is the ending day of the month. In other words, in this panchang, the first fortnight of the month is waning moon (krishna paksha) and the second fortnight is waxing moon (shukla paksha).

Based on Telugu calendar 2008-2009 is Sarvadhaari samvatsar. Telugu calendar is based on Amavasyanth panchang, July 29th is Aashada Krishna Dwadashi. In Purnimanth panchang July 29th would be Shravana Krishna Dwadashi.Kripaya wrote:i have a Sanskrit -Hindi astro book its about Phalit Jyotish

If the Phalit Jyotish book you have does not refer to specific panchang - Amavasyanth or Purnimanth - it is a judgement call on your part to decide which one you want to use. Remember, there is no right or wrong panchang.
I have read that Gujarat, Maharastra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Orrisa and other eastern states (generally non-hindi speaking) use Amavasyanth Panchang and most Hindi speaking states of North India such as Punjab, Hariyana, MP, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Rajasthan etc... use Purnimanth Panchang.
