Venus conjunct Ketu

Hi Everyone,

What are you view on Venus conjunct Ketu? Also how does other factors like house of conjunction, dignity of the planets and other drishtis affect the conjunction?

Am very new to the subject. But since you asked to open up the discussion:

Disregard, detachment, apathy(ketu) from all that venus signifies (beauty, pleasure, and wealth).
Dissatifaction from spouse because of unrealistic expectations?

But why not Venus effect Ketu instead  of ketu fully ruining the
effect of Venus
and make the table turn around..

That how much knowing about a combination can teach you..

Try joining Learning Forum on this Forum.That will help u in learning more.
Coz when u will look at the chart without having proper knowledge especially when it is your own chart ur other emotions will play a part in judging the result

May be bcoz Ketu is in a stronger position being placed in Saggitarius?

But I do get your point about reading yourself. Half knowledge is more damaging than no knowledge.

any combination can be measured only through chart.

Here sun and Moon in scorpio implies person is born on No Moon day. This implies weak and emotionally varying mind
Ketu and Rahu are in their own star. making them powerful. since they are shadow planets they take attributes of lords of house they reside in.
Saturn is powerful in libra and aspecting Venus from 3rd house aspect.

If this chart belongs to male then, Venus is 7th lord from moon and 5th lord from Asc. powerlfully aspected by saturn and rahu. Also with ketu in 2nd house of family from moon.
A life partner who is wheatish, venus nature , spiritual, argumentive, vague behavior. Person needs to match the charts before marriage.

if female then jupiter is with moon and sun, possible effect on marriage life. character of life partner is questionable.

Effect can be only seen during Rahu, Ketu and Venus MDs , and Venus ADs.

Since this is not a reading forum, and also presuming one is not asking for reading here, let us not go further in trying to give readings here.

Venus Ketu has been well explained by Raman Depp Singh.  Venus the karak of love, beauty and sex (romantic part) is tinged with the unseen spirituality of Ketu. This hurts the normal signification of love, beauty and sex.

Such people feel love deeply, are hypersensitive to the feelings of love and beauty. They have a tendency to secret love affairs; have secret love affairs early in life.

In Sagittarius Venus is socially friendly, volatile and warm. Here the Venus Ketu conjuntion becomes less secretive, unless its in the 5th/7th/12th house/Scorpio.

Like Rahu exxagerates the power of Venus, Ketu inhibits it to the level of satisfaction of Venus.

The early life has much  emotional/love based issues and the later life has such issues with a much younger entity, with a financial connotation.

I think the best way is to write Venus+Ketu in the serach function above this page towards the top right side of the page.
This will point to posts talking of Venus + Ketu combinations.

Barbara Pijan, has mentioned many combinations (permutations) regarding the above.
What she has written may not apply to all, as it has a wide rage of possibilities.

You could make another post about danda yoga, maybe mentioning the combinations leading to the yoga; and there could be a discussion on it.
