astrology of race and religion!
Govardhan ji,
As a general statement, a chart alone (not talking about the birth data and location of birth, name and included jpeg ;-)) itself probably does not reliably reveal the race, caste, nationalityor religion of the nativity, or even gender for that matter. However, on the flip-side there are combinations involving rahu for instance which indicate one will associate with other cultures, nationality etc. So there is some evidence that the 'otherness' is captured in astrological symbolism, but not identified definitively subjectively in a chart.
Not sure if this helps or not...

If you take only RASI chart, those things are very much indicative and one cannot be precise, but Divisional charts need to be read to get know them . Definitely , Vedic astrology provides indication of caste, color, sex etc and one if he makes a deep study into the chart, it is possible. VEdic astrology is such a huge subject, as you do research, more knowledge could be obtained
