Rahu - KETU aspect

Hi Everyone,
I am just trying to get some answers related to aspects of nodes, rahu and ketu.
Though we have got many views related to rahu's aspect but ketu is GENERALLY belived not to have any aspect.

Can someone explain this sholak from BPHS:-
सुत मदन नवान्त्ये पूर्ण दृष्टि तमस्य युगल दशम गेहे चाघ दृष्टि वदन्ति  

Which i think explains about aspect of rahu and ketu.

मदन   madana   means  7
नव     nava       means  9
न्त्ये

पूर्ण दृष्टि तमस्य Full aspect

युगल     yugala      means  2
दशम      dasama    means  10


गेहे चाघ दृष्टि वदन्ति half aspect

Dear babul ji,
Thank you for translating this verse for me which does show that rahu has got 3 full aspects but then how come well known astrologer JN Bhasin ji has included ketu also in this verse saying that this verse also shows that ketu has got 3 full aspects.
Can you kindly explain.

Is the last line"This is for rahu"written by you or part of verse..
