How do we know.....Would a broken relationship mend & reconiliate?

I'd like to know what to look for in a chart to see and understand if a relationship that had broken & where the two people involved are apart for sometime now, would ever get back together and reconciliate? Could someone assist here would the following pls

1. What should I look for in chart?
2. What planets should sit where to indicate and confirm reconciliation & bring the two people back together?
3. Can looking at one chart confirm the reconcilation or does it have to be seen through both chart?
4. How could the time frame of reconciliation and returning back to each other be determined/calculat ed from a chart? What in a chart indicates the time period?
