Dear Raman,
Better late than never!
I missed your birthday celebration and missed sending you my fond 'many happy returns' on your birthday! And, I missed you and many others too on this forum!
It is nice to be back where in a sense, it all began and yet it seems like NOTHING changed! Pardon my impatience! And I do not mean just MB, but Internet Jyotish...!
Even though we still celebrate Gregorian birthdays (more convenient), when reading Brihatjataka (Dr. Saraswathy) I was enamoured by the South Indian practice and tradition of celebrating birthdays based on the moon and not the sun as most of the world does!
I think it has an advantage! An 80 year old (Solar) can claim to be actually 100 years old!
Interestingly though, SUN is associated with OLD while moon makes us YOUNG!
Love, Lux and MA's blessings!
Wish you a bountiful year ahead, and a wonderful birthday!!

Re: Dear Raman Deep Singh............Happy birthday to you
Sorry for late reply Rohiniranjan ji as i am in most movable state right now just like Karka raashi
Thank you for your wishes.. True better late than never ..I can still enjoy your wishes for rest of the year..
Look you just gave one more reason to pick up good things from where ever possible by telling how we can keep ourselves younger by choosing solar years instead of lunar ones
Its nice to see you around.
Regards,
Raman Deep Singh

Ha ha! True, but surely the youthful mercury cannot be ignored at the same time. Credit where credit is due... <LOL>
