1.kataka lagna ( cancer ascendant). Exalted jupiter and ketu in cancer
2. 7th house capricorn: saturn in own house + rahu
3. 9th house : mercury + sun
4. 10th house Aries: venus
5. 11th house Taurus : mars + moon in rohini

It is the chart of 21 years old female.

Can anyone help me to understand this configuration?
After surfing:
1. death of spouse (rahu)
2. exotic/ expedient marriage(rahu)
3. marry up(rahu)
4. elder partner(saturn)
5. happy married life ( saturn in own house)
6. double marriage ??? since 2 planets in 7th house???
7. Extra marital relation ( rahu - secretive?)

hmm.. what would be the totality. does sataurn in own house + exalted jupiter aspect 7th make her good women or rahu make her worse... what would be the result? any idea.. :-(

U didn't mentone anything about planetary affliction but only placement.
The Planets Influencing the SIGNIFICTION in Horoscope given bellow according to ur Details:
Marriage to Happen:Sun & Jup
Marital Bliss:Sat;Sun & Ven
Progeny Luck:Sun

N.B.I dun kno abt the planetary strenth as there is no degree n affliction mentioned or else it'd b more obvious.

Ketu, "member *stalin*", creates illusions which rahu needs to burn, just as the rays of the rising SUN (if beneficial) burns away the morning fog in vast farmlands (nature) when the season and temperature are appropriate!).

Good karma and upbringing help, naturally, as does too proper training!
