Moleoscopy: I have two mole in my scrotum. what does it mean in moleoscopy?

It is a sincere question from my side. I dont know where to post this question in this broad divination forum. I feel that astrology and moles have some good connection. so, i think that peoples here know moleoscopy . please reply with sincerity.

I have a black mole on left side - frontal side- near middle line of the scrotum. And Another black mole on Right side - back portion - near middle line of the scrotum. What does it mean as per molescopy. Experts please tell me the real meaning of the mole as explained in moleoscope.
