DeepAwali!

Post by Votive » Sun Nov 03, 2013 3:20 am

Said the poet,

Who is there to take up my duties? asked the setting sun.
"I shall do what I can, my Master," said the earthen la
mp.

May the darkness of ignorance, poverty, bigotry be lesser this Diwali...

When the weary sun goes down, so do we with it
While Mother Moon watches us with a smile sweet
Dreams arrive; we fight devils or play and laugh
Whether we do or not, that matters not even a whit
The Sun Golden will rise in the morning, just as it always did!

Happy Deepawali and all that it brings each year:

Love and Light and Levity
