Couple Relationship and Karma in Astrology

In horoscope of a person Rahu shows the person’s attachment, passion and obsession. While the ketu shows person’s detachment. So where ever rahu is placed in one’s horoscope person want to achieve that thing. it’s the thing person is yearning for. While the ketu’s placement shows something that you don’t want  in life as you have already achieved that in your past life. So it releases you from the obsession about that thing. Thus in relationships rahu-moon or rahu-ascendant connection among the couple creates extreamly affectionate long term relations. To see the karmic bond between the couple look at the sign in which rahu and ketu are placed in both the person’s chart. If the one person’s rahu is in leo and the other person has moon in leo or leo ascendant  they will feel great affection for each other. In the same way relation between one person’s rahu/ketu and other person’s mars/venus/Saturn etc. can be identified from the table below.

Rahu-Ascendant: Extreamly Positive
There will be soul mate kind of connection.

Rahu-Saturn: Negative
It will bring more Saturn energy in male’s life like criticism, hardwork, discipline. But over the period of time resentment will grow.

Rahu-Mars: Negative
It will create more and more argument, frustration or anger between the couple.

Rahu-Venus: positive
There will be very sensuous and harmonious  relationship.

Male's Rahu-Female's Moon:Very positive
There will be strong affection. The person will be fascinated by feminine quality of hers. He will respect her feelings.

Female's Rahu-Male's Moon: positive/negative
There is a great fascination for eachother. The relationship will be very intimate. It is positive when the male’s moon is a growing moon and its negative when male’s moon is a wanning moon. If moon is wanning she will get disappointed eventually.

Ketu-Ascendant:Extreamly negative
Initially there will be strong affection as  there will be definitely some past life connection between them. But over the period of time it will fade away.

Ketu-Saturn:positive
In past life they had resentment with eachother. So in the initial period of relationship there will be conflicts but over the period of time it will start getting less. So its good for  long relationships.

Ketu-Mars:positive
In past they may have some anger in their relationship. So in the initial period of relationship there will be anger or conflicts between the couple but over the period of time it will start getting less. The ketu person may help mars  to resolve his/her anger issues.

Ketu-Venus:negative
there will be strong connection in initial stage but gradually it will become more platonic.

Male's Moon- Female's Ketu:positive/negative
There will be strong bond with eachother. Its positive if the moon is wanning and negative if the moon is waxing.

Female's Moon-Male's Ketu:negative
Initally they will feel like soulmates but gradually the emotional connection will get weak.

These combinations are based on the basics of karma and specially for long term relationships. It may give different result for other relationship. there can be other bondages which makes the people come together in particular life.

This is interesting topic.

There seems to be differences between the South Indian style and North Indian style vedic astrology. For eg I am being considered Mangalik as per North Indian style astrology and not a Mangalik as per South Indian style.
When we got married we followed the South Indian style and no one pointed any issues.
But in realty we are having several differences though we have been married for over 25 years.
Can someone take a closer look at these 2 dates and so why and what really happened from the Vedic astrology perspective?
