Vedha - Malefic vs Malefic

Hi friends,
I have a question about Planets and Vedhas'. As we know different planets are under Vedhas' by different transiting planets. But Is it only between, Benefic vs Malefic? or Can it be Malefic vs Malefic?

Let say, Transiting Jupiter in 10th house (Malefic Position) and as we know it will be under Vedha if any planet is transiting in 9th house at same time. Now Is it possible that Transiting Sun in 9th house (Malefic) cause vedha to Jupiter 10th house (Malefic) ?
In other words, Malefic planet causing obstruction to another Malefic Planet?
