Why one should abstain in using "unequal distribution of zodiacs" in Jyotiṣam?

नम:शिवाय|

तत् द्वादशविभागास्तु तुल्या मेषादिसंज्ञकाः|
प्रसिद्धा राशयः सन्ति ग्रहस्त्वर्कादिसंज्ञकाः||

In IAST format:
Tat Dvādaśavibhāgāstu tulya meṣādisanjñakāḥ|
Prasiddhā rāśayaḥ santi grahastvarkādisanjñakāḥ||

Interestingly, the above one which is a 5th śloka from 3rd Adhyāya of BPHS recommends that all the Bhāvās / Rāśis should be taken as equally divided!

The 1st line meanings of the above verse goes like the way as follows:
तत् / Tat meaning that, द्वादशविभाग / Dvādaśavibhāga meaning 12 parts here it means 12 Rāśis, आस्तु / Astu meaning be it so or let it be or Okay. तुल्या / tulyā here means equal. We know what does Tulā Rāśi means. Tulyam means balance. sanjña meaning noun.

In the 1st line of the above verse Mahaṛṣi says that all the Meṣādisanjñakās which are of 12 parts should be tulya (balanced) or equally divided!

When I use to think of so called placidus houses as they've claimed that Aquarius covers only lesser in area when compared to Leo or some other zodiacs & all the houses are not equally divided!
But the above strictly recommends everyone to consider all the Bhāvās / Rāśi to be tulya meaning balanced or equal!

We all know Earth revolves around the Sun "elliptically" but "not circularly". In earth frame of reference (as we are in earth, we need to consider everything from earth only!) Sun is revolving around earth! Relative i.e., w.r.t. earth. So, we will obviously think that all the zodiac signs that we take shouldn't be equal as the motion is elliptical! This conclusion could be obvious to everyone of us, but Mahaṛṣi himself has told the above verse. So, following only that would give correct results.

Any objections?

Tropical zodiac is seasonal, i.e., season-based. Seasons are experienced on earth, so if tropical tradition follows earth-based houses, with earth-centric house divisions -- it is okay for their purpose and apparently must be working well for them, so I am not bothered by what they have chosen and accepted based on their experiences in the system of astrology they follow.

Sidereal zodiac is constellation based and is sky-centric and utilizes visual perspective, hence is comfortable with whole sign as a house, or equal house division etc. They must be comfortable with that based on what they have experienced over years.

Both are different systems and probably due to different perspectives utilized, perhaps must not be mixed. Neither should utilize their framework to judge the other.

MAY PEACE BE UPON EARTH, as is the demand of the times, and particularly around this time of the YEAR!

We at least on internet since 80s have become a bit jaded, may I say, and as identically-worded messages pounce at us, on diverse forums (fora?) we wonder?

Nothing new - same old same old story?

Messages though well prepared, even researched and thought out and shared mean nothing?

All it takes is one in power to wipe out your months of hard labour and then apologize mockingly ...?

Like in Science (another dog eat dog realm...?) as they say, "PUBLISH PUBLISH PUBLISH!"

Not in forums that are not constant but in paper publications and web-forums that are kind of relatively more constant?

;-)
